Motor Vehicle Records Service

Samba FleetWatch is a MVR service that allows members to:

• Order individual MVR’s - $ 2.25 per MVR for Missouri
• Monitor Drivers - $1.79 per month per driver

A client submits a list of drivers and a list of driving criteria (violations, suspensions, DUI's, number of points) they wish to screen for. This list of drivers is run against the SAMBA database monthly and the client is notified immediately via email if any driver on the list has received a listed violation, suspension, DUI or certain points during the past month. This allows clients to pull drivers from their fleets before losses occur.

Home Inventory Checklist

The threat of loss of property from fire, theft, or other causes is always present. An accurate inventory and proof of ownership at the time of a loss can make settlement easier and faster. A home inventory will take time to compile, but the time and frustration it may save you later will more than make up for it. The Department of Insurance has released a Home Inventory Checklist to assist consumers during this process. A good inventory includes a detailed list of your possessions including receipts, descriptions, and photos of your home’s contents.

The Insurance Information Institute also offers online home inventory programs such as Know Your Stuff as another option to completing your inventory.
