Every agent is fabulous at renewal. They all promise excellent customer service and how hard they will work for you. Then you don't hear from them for the next 11 months. IBG truly is a different company. In the 3 years we have been doing business with them, they have communicated with us a minimum of once a month and are always available at a moments notice. When we first signed with IBG, they pointed out old issues on our worker's comp that had been handled incorrectly, and told us they would resolve them.
