As you and I discussed, I believe that the journey that we have been on for the past 18 months or so is a textbook example of how a person in sales should operate. IBG was fighting for our business against a large firm that we have been with for more than a decade. People in the industry probably do not know the cardinal rule – DO NOT CHANGE BONDING COMPANIES. We did. At the end of the day, a job well done in a very tough set of circumstances.

Every agent is fabulous at renewal. They all promise excellent customer service and how hard they will work for you. Then you don't hear from them for the next 11 months. IBG truly is a different company. In the 3 years we have been doing business with them, they have communicated with us a minimum of once a month and are always available at a moments notice. The entire staff has been excellent to work with.
When we first signed with IBG, they pointed out old issues on our worker's comp that had been handled incorrectly, and told us they would resolve them. Other agencies in the past had made such promises but did not follow through. In our first 3 months with IBG all past issues were resolved. This greatly reduced our e-mod which resulted in a significant premium decrease. IBG knows how to get things done. There is no other company that will work harder for you and your business.
