As you and I discussed, I believe that the journey that we have been on for the past 18 months or so is a textbook example of how a person in sales should operate. IBG was fighting for our business against a large firm that we have been with for more than a decade. People in the industry probably do not know the cardinal rule – DO NOT CHANGE BONDING COMPANIES.
